SEN FR exchange ROCK BEYOND BORDERS
Last week was the first exchange of 2011. The following bands went to La Roque d’Anthéron: Lovers in Uniforms (PL), Samaris (IS), Anthony Hope (NO), The Dashwoods (DE), Fexet (NL) and Monkey Peeler (FR).
The bands stayed in a bungalow park in La Roque d’Anthéron in the south of France (near Aix en Provence). They made music together in mixed groups in the bungalows, got (bass)guitar, drums and machine masterclasses, shot videos and of course had a lot of fun too. Since it was such nice weather they also had time to relax by the pool and go to the sea.
The week ended with performances of the bands at the Class Eu’Rock festival at the Fête de la musique day in Aix en Provence. It was a great week for all of the bands and they enjoyed it a lot.
Next up will be Bremen, Germany. The following bands will play at the Breminale festival, Thursday 7th of July, Anthony Hope (NO), Fexet (NL), The Dashwoods (DE) and Hangover Dose (FR).
